Conveniently situated between 31st and 41st, our studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment homes feature spacious closets, built-in furniture, and fully equipped kitchens. Rent covers gas, water, refuse, sewage, and $50 electric. Enjoy on-site management, a laundry facility, swimming pool, and free, off-street parking.
