Located near Monona Bay, this apartment is nestled in a residential area of mostly single family homes. The street does not get much traffic. There is one free parking spot in the driveway for you. If you need to take the bus, the bus stop is a 7 minute walk from the apartment. This neighborhood is a quiet, single family area. Please be cognizant of that and try to keep noise to a minimum.
