Owner will be in and out occasionally to tinker in the downstairs workshop, use the office space, and to practice her fiddle, etc. I will do my best to be there only when you are NOT there so that we can both have our privacy. There are no roommates or other tenants. You will have lots of privacy.
**Background check, credit check, and references are required.
**There is a lease with regular lease terms. 30 - 90 days only.
**Renter's insurance required.
**No pets
**Rental is for only ONE person who needs to a place for only a few months.
**Rehearsal room use is only for YOU and your band. No renting it out or subleasing.
The rehearsal room is designed for a musician who wants a dedicated practice space to write, rehearse, and collaborate with a small group. You can set up your stuff and leave it there until you move out. No hassle with scheduling expensive hourly rentals and hauling equipment back and forth.
The house is older, but it's clean and comfortable. It is pretty much ready to go. Just doing a few little last-minute things here and there.
