A max of three adults to reside in the property. -Must have combined total Verifiable Income 3x the rent - Minimum of one year. -Each applicant Credit Score of 675+; Non negotiable. -Excellent Verifiable Rental history. No evictions; No late rental payments. -No bankruptcies. -Co-signer not accepted; Non negotiable. -Upon application/s approval, the First month's rent and security deposit is due at Lease Signing. Preferably a long-term tenant. Lease Term 12+ months minimum; renewable at end of term upon evaluation of tenant's payment history and adherence to terms of lease. -No Smoking; Non negotiable. -Negotiable one (1) Small dog 25 pounds or less, with $500.00 pet deposit and monthly $25 pet rent. Pet deposit and pet first month's rent due at lease signing. -Tenant pays All Utilities. -Front & Back yard maintained by tenant. -Monthly Rent to be paid via your bank's Automated Electronic Payments.
