About this listing

We have a room for rent in our wonderful home in Lyons. We are 7 miles out of town in the Foothills. Costs: Monthly rent, utilities, deposit. Two rooms available as soon as May 1st Rent is $700 & $800 plus water and electricity. We have potable water which is delivered so water conservation is a must. One room comes partially furnished with a twin size bed (or king-size) and nightstand, The other has a full size bed and bookcase and nightstand. The house has 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, full kitchen, living and dining room with spectacular views. Large deck front and back, garden, lovely courtyard and large parking area. We as a house don't use any artificial fragrances, i.e. perfumes, body care products, air fresheners, detergents or cleaners but we live and utilize essential oils and earth friendly products. Absolutely no open flames, i.e. smoking, candles. We have a resident cat Miss Smudge and Miss Keds the resident hound.!
