Lease terms

Seasonal lease begins in October with flexibility to extend through May, mid May, or June 1. Monthly rent is $1500 all inclusive, covering water, electricity, internet and gas. It comes fully furnished. No change to the current space is allowed - including hanging items on walls. This is a non smoking property (smoking allowed only outside, 10 ft from the home) and no pets are permitted. A 60 day written notice is required for lease termination, and there is a $350 one time cleaning fee. Residents handle their portion of snow shoveling, but during heavy or continuous snowfall, we cover the cost of a professional snow plow.
