House share in a quiet Highlands neighborhood that's within walking distance to Bellarmine Univ.… and on bus routes to UofL, Spalding and Sullivan universities, downtown and medical center. A great opportunity for graduate and medical students.
Furnished two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living and dining rooms. A great enclosed front porch and a sunroom. W/D in the bathroom. Off street parking.
Furnished private master bedroom has queen bed, chest of drawers, rug, and a desk and chair. Nice picture window and a window that can be opened for fresh air.
As a house share, responsibilities for keeping the house clean and straightened are equally shared. This is not a bnb and I am not the maid. Each occupant is responsible for own linens and cleaning their own room.
Housemate details
Professional who's worked in higher ed for 20 years. Loves to garden, hike, read, dance, bake, and game night with friends. Daily routine varies but am home quite a bit. House sharing is an effort to minimize carbon footprint.
