Private Room in Awesome Large House + office, garage and front & large back yard *Available Now About the House: - You would have a private corner room with no shared walls - Very spacious with a lot of light in this large 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom house + garage & office. - Great vibe in the house and it was just remodeled before we moved in so everything is pretty much new. - Parking is super mellow in this neighborhood (typically just cruise right up in front of the house and not even parallel park). - Large fenced in yard with patio, BBQ, smoker, fire pit and nice landscaped front and back yard. - High efficiency w/d in the garage and an extra shed in the back yard. - Landlord is very chill and works for Home Depot so if we ever need anything it's done right away no hassle. *The photos don't really do the place justice and there's more to see. About the Roommates: Easy going fun roommates- all in our 30's. We all like hanging with friends, surfing, art, etc. We'd prefer someone around our age but overall someone that will fit the vibe of the house well. -Roommate 1 - Stylist for musicians and is on tour with the artist quite a bit or out working in LA -Roommate 2 - Creative that also works landscaping and construction -Roommate 3 - Creative Marketer mostly working in freelance production so is out of the house quite a bit We are all Male but our roomate thats sadly leaving is female and it was a seamless fit for years, so we're open anyone as long as the fit feels right. About the Neighborhood: Very mellow neighborhood with new restaurants and bars popping up all around here. Walking distance to Bluey's, Saba, El Chucho, Pitfire, Kusta, Rainbow Acers, and more.
