Hi! My roommate is moving to San Diego for work, so I'm looking for someone to fill her room in my home in East LA. A little about the home: 3.5 bedrooms/1 bathroom. It's cozy, comfortable space with a big living room, lots of natural light, and a really good energy overall. It's a space I really care about and like to keep improving over time. There's a shared bathroom, full kitchen, and in-home washer and dryer. I also converted one of the rooms into a home gym and wellness space that I use for workouts, yoga, dancing and meditation, and you're welcome to use it as well. The home is located in 90063, about 10 minutes from Downtown LA/Arts District and Cal State LA, with easy access to major freeways and the Metro Gold Line/E Line. There are also some great local spots nearby like Picaresca Cafe, Cafe Yia, Anhelo Cafe, and Vida Pura. About me: I'm in my 30s and I work full-time. I'm usually out during the day and home in the evenings. I keep a routine - work, gym, cooking, and relaxing at home. I enjoy going out occasionally, but overall I really value having a peaceful space to come back to. I also have two small rescued dogs - one is super chill and a little timid, and the other has a bit more personality but is very independent. Being comfortable with dogs is important. Looking for: Someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who values a well-kept and comfortable home. Ideally someone with a similar lifestyle. I'd love to find someone where we get along and can hang out here and there, but also respect each other's space and routines.
