Two young male working professionals looking to fill a Private unfurnished upstairs bedroom in a two-story Spanish-style duplex near Beverly Grove / Miracle Mile. The room has its own lock and shares an upstairs full bathroom with one other person. Our current rommate is moving back to the east coast. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms total. Bedrooms are upstairs; the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and half-bath are downstairs. Common areas are furnished and comfortable. House features include central air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, furnished living/dining areas, downstairs half-bath, and a dedicated parking spot in the back. The third roommate has the primary suite and is away often, so the house is generally quiet and low-traffic. Great central location near The Grove, LACMA, the Academy Museum, La Brea Tar Pits, El Rey Theatre, 3rd Street, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, coffee shops, restaurants, and the new Wilshire/Fairfax Metro D Line station.
