This 1930's Spanish-style fourplex has shared laundry and inviting communal outdoor spaces. The apartment features abundant natural light (with custom blinds), original Art Deco details (bathroom tile included!), hardwood floors, and plenty of character. The available bedroom comes furnished with a Queen-sized bed, rug, night stand, walk-in closet, and window A/C unit. Additional storage is available in the apartment (there is a shared hall closet and access to the mudroom). Parking: No dedicated spot, but the street is permit parking. I'll provide a visitor permit for you until you're able to set up an annual permit. About Us: I'm a mid-30s creative who works outside the home, and I share the space with my lovable 5-year-old Aussiedoodle (see picture). She doubles as part-time apartment security and full-time little sister, so a roommate who enjoys dogs (and doesn't mind the occasional living room cuddle session) is a must. About You: Looking for an emotionally mature, considerate roommate who values a respectful shared space. Students or someone without a ton of furniture are a great fit since the apartment is furnished. We'll split utilities (internet, electric, and gas) equally each month and set up a mutually agreed-upon housekeeping schedule (open to handling it ourselves or outsourcing).
