The Room: Renting out a private room, available now, for minimum 6-month term. $1,350 monthly including utilities (internet, water, trash, gas, electric). $500 security deposit. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Tenant application is $50 for the background check through Baselane. We also accept applications using Zillow, apartments, realtor, or similar.
