The house is centrally located A block away from Whittier Blvd., near Arizona Ave. It is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath house with a detached garage that fits one car. Finding rental units that include parking is rare around here and because of that street parking is an issue. The house incudes a small outside paved area on the side, behind the garage, which is perfect for spending some time outdoors. The interior of the house will be renovated before the new tenants move in. The house will be available for viewing towards the end of July and will be available to move in on July 1, 2026. Please note that there is no central AC and no laundry hookups. We are not allowing smoking or pets. The utilities are not included, except for water.
