West Adams is a lovely, up-and-coming neighborhood that is close to USC and central to most LA neighborhoods. Hop on the 10 and you're about 25 minutes or less from most of LA (except during rush hour). There is free street parking and the house is just a couple of blocks from Jefferson's bus route. Owner lives in front house, and will be traveling extensively in the upcoming year, so you will have the privacy of your own house for about half the year. The other half the year, you may encounter a friendly senior dog snoozing on your stoop. There is laundry on site for a monthly fee, or there is a laundromat about 4 blocks away. Because the owner will be traveling, there is a discount available if you are willing to do some light yard work.
