Lease terms
The total monthly fees for renting this home are $2650, including all utilities (except trash). The lease includes the main house at 193 Hodgson, and the minimum lease is 6 months, then month to month. Most of the 2.5 acre grounds are included in the lease. The two garage buildings are not. We have recently purchased the property and will be working on property improvements. Improvements will focus on the garage building and the grounds. There will be no work on the interior of the main house. We will also be staying on the property in the garage building from time to time while we work on the property. No smoking on the property, and pets are considered. Tenants are responsible for their own trash and recycling.
