LAUNDRY Laundry room is right below the stairs and is only shared with 1 other unit. No need to fight over laundry room in a building complex. Limited to 3 loads per week to prevent abuse. Laundry room is on the ground floor, right below the stairs. From your unit door to the laundry area and to the garage, there's a dedicated hallway to ensure your privacy. Just a note that you must open/close the garage door to get in/out using the remote, not suitable for smokers.
