Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for electricity (Bluebonnet Electric), water, sewer, internet, and trash service. Security deposit required. Minimum 12-month lease preferred. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in. No smoking or vaping permitted inside the home. Well-behaved pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval and applicable pet deposit and/or pet fees. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and orderly condition. Optional bi-weekly lawn care service is available for an additional monthly fee for tenants who prefer maintenance-free yard care.
