The entire main house has just finished a complete remodel, each unit has its own kitchen, laundry facilities, and heating/AC unit (separately metered). The owners, a retired software engineer and writer/designer wife, reside in one of the units. The other two are occupied by researchers who sometimes work from home and require quiet. NO SMOKING.
