*note this property is fully furnished but we are open to removing the furnishings if you want to bring your own and sign for at least 1 year* Min six month lease, max of one year You will be living in the basement of a 2 story house. We (the owners) live upstairs - we are a 29 year old couple with a 2 1/2 year old yellow lab named Cooper. We are quiet and keep to ourselves. The basement has a ton of natural light given the walkout sliding door entrance. You will have your own separate, private entrance to the unit, there is a lockable door between the upstairs and downstairs, you will have your own laundry and full kitchen, and you will have your own private patio and section of the yard. Your space includes a full kitchen, laundry, living room area, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The only time we will really ever see each other is when we are parking outside. We are happy to hang out on the patio for drinks/food from time to time though if you want! Also, there is a fence to keep the yards separate but there is a gate that can open so that your pets (if you have any) can run to our side of the yard to play with our dog Cooper (our current tenant's dogs and Cooper love playing together!).
