There is beautiful wood work and wood floors (no carpet). The bathroom was remodeled 2025 and a roof will be new is 2026. Many other upgrades completed. There is almost an acre of land which must be mowed by the renter. This house is really best suited for a single occupant. Renter is responsible for adding salt to a water softener system downstairs in the crawl space.
