Wonderful country respite meant for a quiet renter. Landlord on the same property. Prefer one person. Non Smoker. Party offsite only. Day guests in moderation. Gated, so must agree to open/close and lock gate immediately upon entering/exiting. There are 3 large Great Pyrenees on the property so don't rent if that's an issue for you. One overnite parking spot. Guest day parking available. There is heat, air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Utility fee is based on conservative use and subject to increase with spike in bill or universal utility costs. The 2nd bedroom is assumed to be utilized as a lounge or "livingroom," as we only want to rent the bungalow to one person. In certain circumstances, this is negotiable. The Bungalow is available unfurnished, partially furnished, or fully furnished, based on your preferences - at no extra cost - provided normal wear and tear. There are antiques up above the kitchen and dining (as you'll see in the photos) that we will straighten and dust, but will remain up there. I added photos of our 3 Great Pyrenees so you can see them: They are property guardians as these units are on country acerage. There are also chickens and a (tame) rooster who roam the property as well as an outdoor mouser cat. There is a deck that connects the Bungalow and Main house. Tenant entry is between the two buildings along an uneven dirt and stone walkway, then up a couple of steps, turn right, then up one more step. Internet (if wanted) is available via Peoples, Verizon, Spectrum, and others. For context, our personal unlimited Spectrum bill is around $33/mo. We're looking for a peaceful, respectful neighbor, as we will be the same. NOTE: Zillow application required with proof of income, credit and criminal reports, before scheduling a tour.
