Brookwood Rd

This house is divided into 2 floors. Both completely separated and have their own entrances. From street view this is a 1 story house but because the house is on a slight hill, it does have a full size basement which I turned into a full 2 bedroom apartment. The house is located within 3 min drive to the Lincolnton Atrium Health which is the main hospital. This is a renovated 3 bedroom but currently the 2 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and 3rd bedroom is an office with a futon. No issues putting in a queen bed in the office if need be as this is a full size bedroom. The rental does include the use of the attached car port which also has a walk-in into the house. The pool can also be shared but would need to agree on usage. I live in the first floor and travel for work so at times the pool chlorine levels do drop if I'm not there to maintain it. The kitchen is the only part that I still need to fully renovate but is in good condition. I do own the property to the left and right of the house so the backyard is wooded and quiet. House also has a new 20X20 deck overlooking the back yard.
