I have a fully furnished home that is available. All utilities included including high-speed internet. There is a television in the living room that has streaming channels. Lawn care, pest control and maid service (of the common areas is included). It is a peaceful environment suitable for someone who works from home. There is a desk, a chair, ceiling fan, lamp, laundry hamper, trashcan and blanket that is provided. The house is close to public transit if you do not have a car. The rooms comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, a fridge and iron and ironing board in each bedroom. The living room is also furnished with a 80 inch television. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, dishes, pots and pan, oven, stove fridge and microwave. Cleaning supplies and trash bags are also provided as well as a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. This is non-smoking environment. It's a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Your room has a queen size bed, dresser, desk, and a walk in closet. We are also close to public transportation if you do not have a car. Gwinnett County Transit which is the bus system and Access Ride which is like an UBER service but it is run by the county.
