Aloha, Thank you for your interest in our single or couple occupant studio for lease. The studio is located on the first floor in the back of a two story house and a fully fence yard. This spacious 275 sqft studio is further furnished with queen bed, closet space, wet bar, microwave, medium refrigerator, lots of storage space and eating bar table top. The studio has large windows and attached private shower, sink and toilet bathroom with tile and vynil floors. There is WiFi Internet available on site. Smoking, vapping, illegal drugs are not allowed . No overnight guest and loud tv/music or drinking parties. No additional appliances or AC units. No pets or aquariums. Parking on public street only Cleanliness must be maintained in shared area and in unit. Renter is responsible for laundry detergent and personal toiletries. Lease holders occupancy only, NO exemptions. At least 2 weeks notice required and unit must be cleaned before vacating. Property owners are friendly, respectable elderly couple who are late sleepers and early risers with no drama. Their two Labrador dogs, one black 13 yr old and one chocolate 2 yr old are inside property dogs who roam at night as security. Property has outside security cameras. Always keep metal gate closed upon entering or leaving property. Our pets are not allowed to roam on their own outside our property. Owners operate part time handicap mobility equipment and transportation service business in main house and garage. Mahalo's
