Lerner Courts

Lerner Courts is a family business that has been providing quality housing in the University City area of Philadelphia for over 65 years. We strive to offer a valid alternative to living on campus without having to pay the higher prices offered by the universities. We are located on Drexel University campus. We are blocks from the University of Pennsylvania and University City Science Center. We are in the heart of historic Powelton Village. Our complex has a laundry facility with washers and dryers. Some of our larger apartments are equipped with washers and dryers. Our building manager is on site during regular business hours Monday Friday and lives only a short distance from the property. We strive to offer our tenants quick service when they have issues or problems. For your protection and added security, we have installed Magnetic Lock Front Door Lock Systems on our buildings. We have also installed 24 hour video surveillance cameras throughout our properties. Some of our buildings also have new video intercom systems.
