Landlord will remain responsible for major repairs and systems unless damage is caused by tenant misuse or negligence. Community & HOA Rules Tenant agrees to follow all neighborhood and HOA rules, including: * Parking regulations * Noise restrictions * Exterior appearance requirements * Trash and community guidelines Any HOA violations caused by tenant, guests, or pets may be charged to the tenant. Pets Pets are: Allowed but the number of pets is negotiable Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property.
