There is a big front yard and medium backyard (no fence) that would require shared responsibilities for yard maintenance either help with the chores or help pay for a crew.

Nice cozy private room Freshly cleaned carpets and new coat of paint on the walls. The rooms have windows that catches the morning light beautifully. The rooms are on the main level of the home with a shared bathroom with another roommate (he's very clean)which has a brand new shower/tub that hasn't even been used yet. Clean living space, fully furnished home with a decent kitchen and homey living room and dining area. Washer and dryer onsite.

One 26 year old man, very clean and responsible. Has a full time job doing home restoration. Nature lover, likes to cook and enjoys nights in. Not one for having many guest over or parties. Has lived on site for 7 years. Very good roommate
