Comprised of studios, one bedrooms, and two bedroom apartments each unit holds many features from when it was originally built. The units feature tall ceilings, large windows, and elaborate trim from the turn of the century. There's even a backyard so you can enjoy the summer weather. The Lavilla sits in the heart of Capitol Hill on 13th Ave. and Pine St. We boast a walk score of 99 making our building a "Walkers Paradise".
