Please take note that this residence has been tailored exclusively for medical professionals, corporate travelers, traveling academics, or individuals seeking furnished housing. Guests with stays over 30 days must sign a lease agreement. Month to- Month lease with the flexibility of further renewal. Please note that the rent is subject to change depending on the lease terms. Deposit (refundable): $ 2500 Pet fee (non-refundable): $ 100/pet/month One time Cleaning Fee: $ 500 For stays exceeding 30 days, a monthly light cleaning service is mandatory and costs an extra $150. We'll arrange a convenient time for our housekeepers to come by. Your cooperation is appreciated. Guests with stays exceeding 30 days are required to sign a lease agreement. Utility (water, trash disposal service, electricity, gas, internet, Netflix streaming service) and Parking costs are included in the rent. Electricity and gas usage are capped at $200. Any excess will be billed to you. Absolutely no subletting Strictly no smoking of any kind policy inside the property. Report any damages and/or breakages reasonably promptly.
