The house does have central AC. There is lots of cabinet storage and food storage. There is plenty of safe street parking. $980 + $1050 security deposit + 1/4 utilities. You will need to apply through Prop M management agency for credit and background check, $65. You: We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, Drug free (light Herb use outside okay).
