Lease terms

Minimum 12-month lease. Tenant responsible for the following utilities, including electricity, gas, water, internet, and cable. Monthly landscaping, sewer & trash service is included in the rent. Access to Desert Shores community amenities, including the pool, lakefront recreation areas, and BBQ facilities, is included. Tenant will receive card access. Washer and dryer are provided as a convenience and are in working order at move-in. Tenant is responsible for maintenance, repair, or replacement of the washer and dryer during the lease term should they become inoperable. Living room couch is available if the tenant would like it at no additional cost. Otherwise, we will have it removed. The couch has barely been used and in excellent condition. No smoking or vaping permitted inside the home. Up to two pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval and an additional refundable pet deposit ($300). Garage and driveway parking included. Tenant is required to maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term and must keep the property in a clean and sanitary condition. Tenant must show proof of insurance prior to occupancy. Tenant agrees to promptly report any maintenance issues or repairs needed during the tenancy. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors who watch out for each other. Extremely walk friendly to nearby lakes and places to eat.
