Great room, safe and quiet community. Near to grocery stores, restaurants, gym, stores, bus stop, the strip is 20 mins away and 10 mins from the airport, also hospitals with in 10/15 miles Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital, San Martin Campus - Las Vegas, NV, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center. Restaurants with in 5 min walk distance several shopping centers no more than 0.5 miles (10 min walk) 1 housemate- One Male is renting one room (Master Room), Still have 2 room to rent out, and we are looking for a single person for the room, no parties, No pets. (3)-Shared bathroom, please keep the shared bathroom clean and clean up after guests if used (4)-Please be respectful when listening to music, use headphones when appropriate keep music to reasonable levels (5)-No slamming of doors or windows (6)-Use washer and dryer with care and respectfully (7)-Guests should not exceed stay of 1 days or will be subject to pay for extended stay (8)-Keep up with all dishes when using kitchen (9)-Personal stuff inside their own room (10)-Please clean your own room once a month will be appreciated (11)-Follow all community rules when utilizing pools and parks (12)-Keep freezer clean of expired and old food (13)-Tenants will be responsible all damages incurred of their own or their guests doing Will need a criminal background check (Please fill out Zillow online application).
