The Refuge of dreams is a stylish and family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. The master suite features a king-size bed with an attached private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the third has a full-size bed, perfect for kids, friends, or extra guests. Each room is thoughtfully designed to balance comfort and style, ensuring a relaxing stay. Guest Access Guests enjoy key less entry through a secure keypad for a smooth check-in. During your stay, you'll also have access to the community pool, spa, and gym, giving you the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation. Interaction with Guests We respect your privacy but are always available if you need assistance. You can reach us easily for any questions or concerns during your stay. Other Details to Note Smoking is only permitted on the patio, not inside the home. Small pets under 10 lbs are welcome (HOA rule). Quiet hours are from 10 PM 8 AM. Please be mindful of HOA rules when using community amenities. House Rules HOA Community Property, Las Vegas Property & Access Door access via code/app (details provided at check-in). Guests have 1-hour after check-in to report damages/issues. Security cameras are installed outside the property for safety (no cameras inside). Pets Small pets only (must be under 10 lbs). No large dogs or cats allowed. Pets must be kept under control at all times. Smoking Smoking only on the patio. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Noise, Music & Quiet Hours No parties, gatherings, or events (HOA strictly prohibits). No loud music or disturbances. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM (HOA enforced). Community Amenities Guests have access to the community pool, spa, and gym. HOA rules apply at all times: No glass, food, or smoking in community areas. Proper swim attire required. No excessive noise. Guests must respect other residents' use of facilities. Large groups (5+ guests) in common areas may require HOA approval HOA Rules (Must Follow) Property is for residential use only. No subletting or commercial use. No unregistered or inoperable vehicles on the property. Trash must be disposed of properly in designated bins. Landscaping, exterior, and neighborhood appearance must be respected at all times Parking Only park in assigned spaces/driveway. No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles. Street parking subject to HOA regulation and availability. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4 PM Check-out: 11 AM Early check-in: $100 (if available, confirmed 1 day prior). Late check-out: $120 (may be reduced if arranged in advance). Other Standard Rules No unlisted guests. No flushing non-decomposable items. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear. Smoking, noise, and pet violations can lead to HOA fines (which will be charged to guest).
