Located about 15 minutes away from everywhere in the metro Las Vegas area. Tenant will have pool access. Unit has central air, dishwasher, garbage disposal, in unit washer & dryer and assigned parking space. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and cable tv (if desired). No smoking, vaping, etc. allowed inside the rental unit. Small pets (dogs & cats) allowed. A non-refundable pet deposit ($375) will be required. No monthly pet rent required. Large Dogs over 120lbs are not allowed in this unit. Potential renter's will be required to purchase Renter's insurance upon signing of rental lease agreement. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: 1) PROVIDE 3 MOST CONSECUTIVE AND CURRENT PAY STUBS 2) PROVIDE OFFICIAL STATE ID/PASSPORT/ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD 3) SOCIAL SECURITY CARD OR U.S. WORK VISA 4) CREDIT REPORT FROM EXPERIAN/EQUIFAX OR TRANSUNION 5) PROVIDE 5+ YEARS OF RESIDENCE HISTORY Income should be at least 3.3k/mo. or 40k/yr to be considered. No more than 4 occupants are legally allowed. All adult occupants must be at least 18 years of age and are required to submit individual applications along with the above-mentioned documents.
