Lease terms

Rent is $1,500 per month with a $1,000 security deposit. A one-year lease is required. The security deposit and first month's rent are due at the time the lease is signed. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including City of Las Cruces, Moongate Water, El Paso Electric, and Internet. Tenant is also responsible for routine lawn maintenance. A grace period will be provided; however, if the owner must arrange for yard maintenance after that period, the tenant will be responsible for the cost. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis after discussion with the owner. This is a non-smoking property. The home includes a two-car garage, driveway parking, limited street parking, and a washer and dryer for the tenant's convenience. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete a rental application. A non-refundable $55 application fee is required for each adult applicant.
