I'm looking for two additional roommate to share a wonderful 3bd 2ba refurbished home on the west side just south of Belmar. The house is a split-level with lots of charm. Corner lot with a huge yard (and a sauna!). There's a garage for parking/storage plus a driveway and plenty of street parking only 12-15 mins from the city depending on traffic. The home has lots of natural light which is great for plants. I've recently done a tonnn of work and it's finally ready to occupy. There are 2 common living spaces along with nice kitchen. Here's the skinny on the rooms available: Upstairs room: Light filled room that looks at the mountains. Has great storage in the closet and freshly redone original hardwood floors that are really gorgeous. The upstairs bedrooms would share the upstairs bathroom that has been recently been redone featuring great storage and a shower with rain head, body sprays, and the classic shower head as well. $1000+ Utilities, unfurnished (but could furnish if needed). Basement room: This hugely spacious room is a wonderful private escape with hardwood floors and fresh paint and trim. Enough room for a full bedroom set as well as space for an office or additional private 'living room'. Well lit with great closet storage. The lower bathroom has also been upgraded and has great storage as well as a multi head shower. $1,150+ utilities -unfurnished-(furniture in photos is just to show how big the room is but will be removed for move in.) I have a dog who is an adorable medium mix breed angel. She is happy, well behaved and insanely sweet, loving, and hugely submissive- like truly does not have an ounce of "that dog" in her. Because of her incredibly submissive nature I would consider having another dog depending on their temperament and how they get along with Bunni. Unfortunately no cats because I'm allergic :'( Open to discussing different arrangements and making this a great living situation for everyone!
