Room is up one staircase that is carpeted and has a hand rail. This is a 'house-share' with owner. Off street parking on driveway a possibility. Split utilities 1/2 each, light & gas & water/sewer in half, high speed 80 mg internet/WI-FI $45.00 per month. Utilities can be negotiated. Extra bonus amenities include access to a separate refrigerator full size and washer and dryer that owner rarely uses because home has 2 sets of washer & dryer. Property is close to 6th Avenue and convenient for shopping and parks. Quiet street. a medium dog at home, so must like dogs :-) Belgium Shepherd mix. She is a very sweet dog and gets along with other dogs. Would consider a small to medium dog. Seeking a person who is stable in mind, life and work. The ideal tenant would be between the ages of 45 - 70 who is active and health conscious, however I am open to hearing from you if you are out of this age range, healthy and of sound mind. Short term stay would be okay. Suggested 3-6-month lease or one year, negotiable. Drug free environment. Reasonable social drinking okay. If you drink and drive daily, this is not the house for you. Call or text for questions and can send more pictures upon request. Interview and background and work verification required, a $45 application fee for this. No smoking of any kind, I have allergy to cigarette smoke and smoking is not allowed on my property. (420 outside occasionally can be discussed) Deposit is $900 and can be negotiated depending on length of stay. A pet fee will apply. A cleaning fee will be listed in lease to cover a deep clean and carpet clean specific to the private bedroom and bathroom, and some common areas, at the end of the lease. This rental space is available. A phone interview is the first step, followed by a meeting in person.
