If property is not left in the same condition as at move-in (including cleanliness), deductions to the deposit will occur.

Mid-term rental (3 month minimum): Available April 1st through Dec. 31st. Charming and cozy cottage, fully furnished to include linens, dishes, etc.… Ideal for one person or a couple. Maximum occupancy is two. Upstairs bedroom has one queen bed and there is a hide-a-bed in the living room. Bedroom is upstairs, and bathroom is downstairs. Stairs are steep, yet sturdy. There is no fenced yard, so pets must be pre-approved and will require a pet deposit. Has a screened in porch, large deck, washer & dryer onsite, propane BBQ, propane fire pit, electric fireplace. Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains in Pinetop-Lakeside. Near hiking trails, lakes, restaurants, shopping and within a short drive of Sunrise Ski Resort, Hon-Dah Casino, and Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center.
