Adorable, fully furnished, all-inclusive, corporate rental in the Arlington/Lakeland area.… Free standing house, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, one bath, with a "semi" fenced-in yard, has the serenity, safety and comfort of rural living while being just minutes from Memphis.
Our all-inclusive price allows our renters a stress free stay!
All furnishings in the home are provided, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, towels, private parking, lawn care, trash service, pest control, wifi, and utilities except for propane. ( included in monthly amount utilities are covered up to $250 a month. AVG MLGW Bill is $130-200. Amounts exceeding $250 will be billed to tenant) Regarding the exception of propane heat during winter months..A Non-propane heat source is available in unit. However, For propane use, owners will arrange delivery, and renters responsible for payment to Wilder Propane.
You will enjoy water views from three rooms in the house. The kitchen has updated appliances, both bedrooms are furnished and you will find a large walk-in closet. The bath was recently renovated. Front and Back porches are PERFECT for unwinding at the end of the day. Perfect housing option for travel nurses, corporate travelers who are tired of the hotel experience, or those moving to the area in need of a temporary place. My husband and I run three Air BNB properties, and are proud "Super Hosts." We take our role as hosts very seriously and aim to provide all of our guests with an excellent experience.
Our long-term rental option is a one-month to 6-month lease, with the option to extend.
We are 4-legged fur baby friendly. There will be a $100/month fee per pet which is non refundable. The limit is 2 pets on the property. Renters assume responsibility for Any damage caused by pets.
We are an adult only property. We do not allow children under the age of 18 on property due to liability reasons. There are no exceptions.
A damage deposit of $500 is required prior to check in. This will be refunded within 30 days of departure if no damage or repairs are required.
