Bedroom has a queen size Premium Beauty rest mattress, nightstand, 4-Suitcase stands and a place to hang clothes. There are also lots of open shelving. The bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels, and extra toilet paper upon move in. Full washer and dryer available for free for your use and we provide all laundry supplies upon move in. Please Note: Guest House is a daylight basement that is completely separate from the top two floors above it with a separate entrance. There are approx. 14 stairs (with a view) to descend from parking spot to the Guest House. And the guest house is approx. 50 feet from open Lake water. Tenant has one designated secure parking spot on gated site. Security cameras are active on property facing security gate entrance, homeowners front yard and parking area, homeowners North side yard and waterfront back yard area from top floor, but none are monitoring the rental unit that is under the covered patio. If you want to bring your own boat, for an additional fee, (when available) ,we would be able to provide parking for a boat trailer and boat moorage at our dock.
