This home is offered with a 12-month lease. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and ACH (electronic bank transfer) payments are required. The landlord will provide water service for the first year of the lease. After the first year, water service becomes the tenant's responsibility. The project includes demolition, road widening, and construction to connect the roadway, after which the street will no longer be a dead end. During construction, tenants may experience occasional noise, traffic changes, dust, or other temporary inconveniences associated with the public infrastructure improvements. These conditions are outside of the landlord's control. Parking: When your vehicle is not parked inside the garage, it must be parked in the designated parking lot. Parking along the roadway or in unauthorized areas is not permitted. By signing the lease, tenants acknowledge that they have been informed of the ongoing public road construction and understand that temporary inconveniences may occur during the course of the project.
