Lease includes electricity, water, washer and dryer along with blazing fast WIFI, Multiple streaming selections on the TV via Roku, Netflix, Prime with Showtime and HBO Max. *The electricity allotment is $100 per month, anything over $100 is the responsibility of the tenant. Propane for gas logs is not included in the rent. Fully furnished, all you need are your clothes. The kitchen is well stocked. Linens provided if needed. No pets and 2 person maximum.

Utilities included. This is an awesome 1/1 apartment with an office is on a quaint and friendly street.… Chimney Rock Village is 1 block away with shopping, restaurants a brewery and winery. The Lake Lure Marina and beach are 1 mile. The Rocky Broad River is across the street, Chimney Rock State Park is in the back yard! We are 30 minutes from Hendersonville and 40 minutes to Downtown Asheville. This unit is a successful vacation rental. During Covid we hosted several couples for longer term stays. Turns out we like having longer term tenants as opposed to nightly The unit is in excellent condition. The kitchen was updated with granite counter tops in 2018 as well as a total bath remodel and new windows. The home is furnished with quality furnishings. We are 5 star Superhosts hosts on AirBnB. Search for the Get-a-way in Chimney Rock for more photos and descriptions of this and other properties we are renting. This apartment is the upstairs unit of a duplex. There is another unit downstairs. It will either be rented to another renter like yourself or it will remain on the vacation rental market. I am readily available for questions and tours.
