Lease Terms and Conditions Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence. A maximum of three (3) pets is permitted. Pets must be small to medium in size, weighing between 10 and 33 pounds if kept indoors. Any pets exceeding this weight limit must be kept outdoors. This policy applies to all domestic animals, including dogs, cats, and amphibians. Tenants are required to maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition, both inside and outside. The premises must remain free of debris, trash, and overgrown vegetation. Weeds must not exceed one (1) foot in height. Tenants are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of both the front and backyard areas. Tenants are responsible for payment of all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, and any additional services, with the exception of waste management, which will be covered by the landlord. The property is equipped with a swamp cooler as the primary cooling system and central heating for warmth. A fireplace is also available for tenant use; however, tenants will be held liable for any smoke-related damage to the property.
