Furnished third floor guest room for rent in my three story townhouse in Lafayette. AVAILABLE NOW! 1 person only. Female preferred. 850.00 per month OR 250.00 per week. Utilities included. 500.00 refundable security deposit for monthly rentals. 200.00 refundable security deposit for weekly rentals. 1 time $50 cleaning fee. Dogs OK: One friendly well trained dog allowed. Pet Rent: 50.00 per month + 100.00 unrefundable pet deposit. Guest bedroom has a queen bed, work space with small desk, office chair, smart T.V. with basic channels, locking cabinet, dresser, end table, lamp and closet. Mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, and electric kettle. (Linens: Sheets, blankets, towels, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and starter toiletries included) Guest room includes 2 shared bathrooms. One full bath across the hall, and another 1/2 bath on the main floor. Female tenant preferred as we will be sharing a bathroom. Short term tenants preferred for guest room, but will consider longer for the right fit. There is plentiful street parking just outside the front door. There is a shared entrance for all residents. I work an evening schedule, so if you work a day schedule, you will have the house to yourself most evenings. *The other tenant lives in the basement apartment with a full-time work schedule, so you won't see her very often. Travel nurses would be a great fit for this space as we are located near many hospitals. Pet friendly home - Must love dogs!
