Dogs OK: One friendly well trained dog allowed. Pet Rent: Monthly rentals 50.00 per month + 100.00 unrefundable pet deposit. Guest bedroom has a queen bed, work space with small desk, office chair, smart T.V. with basic channels, locking cabinet, dresser, end table, lamp and closet. Guest room includes: Mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, and electric kettle provided. Linens: Sheets, blankets, towels, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and starter toiletries included. Guest room has 2 shared bathrooms. One full bath across the hall, and another 1/2 bath on the main floor. Female tenant preferred as we will be sharing a bathroom. Short term tenants preferred for guest room, but will consider longer for the right fit. There is plentiful street parking just outside the front door. There is a shared entrance for all residents. You will be sharing the home with 2 other professional females who work full time, one well behaved friendly dog, and two happy parakeets. (Parakeets have their own room) Shared spaces: 2 bathrooms Laundryroom Livingroom w/cable T.V. Located next to a community park, and across the street from Coal Creek Trail, and minutes away from Waneka Lake. The perfect fit for this space would be a mature working professional or full-time grad student with a day schedule. I work an evening schedule, so if you work a day schedule, you will have the house to yourself most evenings. *The other tenant lives in the basement apartment with a full-time work schedule, so you won't see her very often. Travel nurses would be a great fit for this space as we are located near many hospitals. Pet friendly home - Must love dogs! Lafayette is centrally located just minutes to Boulder, Louisville, Broomfield, Erie, Niwot and Longmont. Just a 30 minute drive to Denver depending on traffic.
