We have created a lovely garden apartment (fully furnished) with a private entrance and parking. One bedroom / One bath. Includes: kitchenette, living room area, access to laundry, and two outdoor sitting areas. We have just updated our kitchenette - stove top, kettle, sink, air fryer / toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Please be aware there are stairs to your entrance and that our path is made of flagstone so it can be uneven. We have two dogs and a cat upstairs that won't be allowed downstairs. We are a quiet family who lives upstairs. This is a rare chance to live in a unique and quiet neighborhood with horses, alpaca, chickens, and goats! We are looking for a quiet tenant. Preferably one person but couples can apply. And sorry no pets or service animals! Utilities included! Neighborhood overview: We are close to main street Lafayette and Erie - great coffee shops!
