Location-Just off Happy Valley Road down a private lane, just minutes from Happy Valley Elementary and foot access to the Briones trails. 1 mile from BART.
Please note we are only seeking 3-4 month rental from mid-January to mid-April/May 2027. It could be extended by mutual agreement, but we cannot commit to anything longer than a 4 month lease at this point.
