Additional Lease Terms Month-to-Month Tenancy This rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis and may be terminated by either party in accordance with California law and the terms of this agreement. Longer lease terms may be available upon request and subject to landlord approval. Any extended lease term must be agreed to in writing by both landlord and tenant. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana smoking, or any other form of smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. Pet Policy A maximum of one (1) dog weighing 20 pounds or less may be permitted with prior written approval from the landlord. No cats are allowed due to allergy concerns. Any unauthorized pets are prohibited. Owner Use of Property Tenant acknowledges that this property is the owner's vacation home and may be occupied by the owner at various times when not rented. Tenant shall have exclusive use only during the term of their tenancy.
