The monthly rent is $975 and includes utilities, high-speed WiFi, access to washer/dryer in the garage, access to FURNISHED common areas, plenty of FREE street parking. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, only 8 minutes drive to SDSU. You can walk to Lake Murray in 0.5 mile. Drive to nearby shopping centers, such as Vons, Grossmont, Costco, etc., which are only about 2 miles away! The lease term is for 1 year, with potential to renew. Room available starting 8/1/2026. No smoking, no excessive drinking, and no 420 in or on the premises. We are pet-friendly, but all pets must be approved. No cats allowed due to allergies. The current roommates are: 4 females including students and working professionals. Everyone is respectful, clean, and easy-going. Quiet, peaceful house.
