Two private bedrooms available in a spacious 2,800+ sq. ft. La Jolla home located in a quiet neighborhood near Mount Soledad.… The available bedrooms are situated together in their own section of the house and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with separate private vanities/sinks and a shared shower/toilet area. One bedroom is approximately 16' x 13', while the other is approximately 14' x 13' and features its own private sliding glass door with direct backyard access. Just outside the bedrooms is a dedicated shared living area with a pool table, TV, couch, and direct access to both the kitchen and backyard, creating a setup that almost feels like its own private wing of the home. The house also includes a large main living room with vaulted ceilings and a big-screen TV, a spacious kitchen, fully furnished common areas, backyard/outdoor space, laundry on site, and off-street parking. Only three total occupants share the home. I occupy the master suite, which is located on the opposite side of the house above the garage with its own private patio area, allowing for a comfortable balance of shared living and privacy. The home also includes a super sweet and well-trained 4-year-old English Cream Retriever, so applicants must be dog friendly and not have allergies. I may also be open to another friendly, well-behaved dog depending on temperament and compatibility. Ideal for professionals, graduate students, coworkers, siblings, or two friends looking to live together in a relaxed and respectful environment.
