Housemates: We are a professional couple in our 30s and 40s, working in the pharmaceutical and health industries. We enjoy quiet, respectful living but also love occasional weekend movie nights, game nights, and celebrating birthdays and Friendsgiving with housemates. We are looking for someone with a full-time job or who is a full-time student, respectful, and must love dogs, as we have two small Maltese Poodle mixes, Sammy and Teddy. Amenities: All utilities included (water, gas, electricity, and internet), with a $200 utility cap (any excess is split). Resort-like backyard with a barbecue grill, pool, Jacuzzi, and multiple covered seating areas. Panoramic views of canyons and mountains with no rear neighbors. Your Room: Located on the 2nd floor, your private room measures 14'x12' and comes furnished with a queen-size bed. A private bathroom is right next to the room in the hallway. Parking: Street parking is always available.
